Over the last eight years, our Chamber has made education and mentorship a top priority, working to equip the next generation of leaders with real-world skills. We're excited to announce the return of our 3rd Annual Coastal Alabama Kid Entrepreneurs (C.A.K.E.) Day.
C.A.K.E. Day is a free program that gives local students the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship from the ground up. Students attend workshops where they learn skills such as marketing, money management, customer service, and stand-building, all taught by local professionals and business leaders.
After completing the workshops, students put these skills to the test and open their businesses around the community on Saturday, May 9th.
This free program would not be possible without the support of our business community. We invite you to get involved as we inspire the next generation of Coastal Alabama entrepreneurs.

The 34th Annual Orange Beach Seafood Festival will be held at the Wharf on Saturday, February 28th. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The car show is the major fundraising event for MAAAC, which directly benefits Orange Beach schools.
Each year, more than 20,000 people attend the overall festival.
The Seafood Festival always features a full day of delicious food, 100 arts and crafts booths, music for the whole family to enjoy, a Kids' Zone with activities, and a huge car show - featuring antique, classic and hot rod vehicles all along Main Street.
There is no admission charge to the event and plenty of parking. Volunteers from Orange Beach schools help park cars and donations are accepted in support of our schools.
Free shuttles will also run from Orange Beach Middle/High School from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., depending on demand. Shuttle pickup will be at the school bell tower and drop off will be at the front circle on Main Street at The Wharf.
Car Show

Join Fitness Coordinator Holly Howell for Gulf Shores Recreation's Off the Beaten Path Program, where you'll learn basic camping and hiking skills through classes, local hikes, and overnight camping adventures.
The program includes educational sessions on gear, nutrition, and overnight preparation, culminating in outdoor experiences at Gulf State Park and Blakely State Park.

Happy Mardi Gras Season everyone! We are OPEN Fat Tuesday as Dr. Edwards ("mother dentist") will be working while Dr. Mary ("daughter dentist") and Bryan ride in the parades. They will be on the Chamber of Commerce float this year for the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach parades on Fat Tuesday, February 17th!
